Article 1 – General Scope and Object of the Agreement / 第1条 一般的な適用範囲および目的
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the relationship between you (“User”) and Kawauchi Tourism (operated by 一般社団法人かわうちラボ) regarding the use of our website https://kawauchitourism.goodbarber.app and/or our mobile application “Kawauchi Tourism”.
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）と一般社団法人かわうちラボ（以下「当法人」といいます）との間で、当法人が運営するウェブサイトおよびアプリ「Kawauchi Tourism」の利用条件を定めるものです。
By using or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
本サービスの利用またはアクセスをもって、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
We may update these Terms without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
当法人は事前通知なく本規約を変更することがあり、変更後の内容は公開時点より直ちに効力を生じます。
You must not use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
本サービスを違法または無断の目的で利用してはなりません。

個人情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
英語版と日本語版の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先します。
Article 2 – Content and Intellectual Property / 第2条 コンテンツおよび知的財産権
All materials available on our Services are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property rights owned by Kawauchi Tourism and its partners.
本サービス上のすべてのコンテンツは、当法人または関係者に帰属する著作権および知的財産権によって保護されています。
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
ユーザーは、当法人の事前の書面による承諾なく、内容の複製・配布・改変・翻訳・商業利用等を行ってはなりません。
Article 3 – Registration and Accounts / 第3条 登録およびアカウント
Some parts of our Services may require registration or authentication.
本サービスの一部は、アカウント登録が必要な場合があります。
Each account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
アカウントは個人専用であり、他者との共有は禁止されます。

If third-party authentication (e.g. “Sign in with Apple”, “Google”, “Facebook”, “X”) is used, please review those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
第三者認証（Apple・Google・Facebook・Xなど）を利用する場合は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Article 4 – Device Access Permissions / 第4条 端末機能へのアクセス許可
The app may request access to device features such as location, camera, or push notifications to provide tourism-related services.
本アプリは、観光情報提供のために位置情報・カメラ・プッシュ通知等の端末機能へのアクセスを求める場合があります。
Such access will be requested in accordance with the device’s operating system policies.
これらのアクセスは、端末のOSポリシーに基づきユーザーの許可を得た上で行われます。
Location information may be used for nearby facility guidance, route display, or notifications related to sightseeing spots. The app will not collect continuous location data without user consent.
位置情報は、近隣施設の案内・観光スポットまでのルート表示・周辺情報配信等に利用されます。ユーザーの同意なく位置情報を恒常的に収集することはありません。
Location data will only be used to provide relevant local tourism information and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
位置情報は、観光情報の提供目的のみに使用し、ユーザーの明示的な同意なしに第三者へ共有されることはありません。
Article 5 – Warranties / 第5条 保証の否認
All content is provided “as is” and “as available.”
本サービスは「現状のまま」および「提供可能な範囲で」提供されます。
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
当法人は、提供内容の正確性・完全性・信頼性について一切保証しません。
Article 6 – Paid Services and Payment Processing / 第6条 有料サービスおよび決済処理
If paid services or in-app purchases are provided, payment processing will be handled through third-party platforms such as Apple or Google.
本サービスに有料機能やアプリ内課金が含まれる場合、決済処理はAppleまたはGoogle等の第三者プラットフォームを通じて行われます。
We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from such payment systems.
当法人は、これらの決済システムに起因するエラーまたは問題について一切責任を負いません。
Currently, no paid features are provided. If paid services are introduced in the future, separate conditions will be presented.
現時点では有料機能は提供していませんが、将来的に導入される場合は別途条件を提示します。
If in-app purchases become available, payment terms, refund policies, and related conditions will comply with Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
アプリ内課金を導入する場合、支払条件・返金方針などはApple App StoreおよびGoogle Playのポリシーに準拠します。
Article 7 – User Conduct and Content Moderation / 第7条 ユーザー行動およびコンテンツ管理
Users must not upload or post illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
ユーザーは、違法・中傷・猥褻・差別的な内容を投稿してはなりません。
Hate speech, spam, or impersonation is prohibited.
ヘイトスピーチ、スパム、他人のなりすましは禁止します。
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or deletion without notice.
違反が認められた場合、当法人は事前通知なしにアカウントを停止・削除できます。
User-submitted content may be modified or deleted at the discretion of Kawauchi Tourism.
ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツは、当法人の判断により事前または事後に削除・修正される場合があります。
By submitting content, users grant Kawauchi Tourism a non-exclusive right to use, display, and reproduce such content for service improvement or promotional purposes.
ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツについて、当法人はサービス改善や広報目的のために非独占的に利用・表示・複製する権利を有します。
Article 8 – Liability / 第8条 免責事項
Kawauchi Tourism shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the following:
以下に起因する損害について、当法人は一切の責任を負いません。
• Network interruptions or technical failures
– ネットワークの中断または技術的障害
• Unauthorized access or data breaches
– 不正アクセスまたはデータ漏えい
• Viruses, malware, or other malicious attacks
– ウイルス、マルウェア、その他の悪意ある攻撃
• Payment processing or transaction errors
– 決済処理または取引エラー
Article 9 – Third-Party Links / 第9条 第三者リンク
Our website or app may contain links to external sites.
本サービスには、外部サイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。
We are not responsible for the content or security of such third-party sites.
当法人は、第三者サイトの内容や安全性について一切責任を負いません。
We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of external information such as business hours or prices.
外部リンク先に掲載される営業情報・営業時間・料金等について当法人はその正確性を保証しません。
Article 10 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability / 第10条 保証の否認および責任の制限
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
当法人は、本サービスが常に中断なく、エラーなく動作することを保証しません。
You use the Services at your own risk.
ユーザーは自己責任のもとで本サービスを利用するものとします。
In no event shall Kawauchi Tourism be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
当法人は、間接的・付随的・結果的損害について一切責任を負いません。
Article 11 – Indemnification / 第11条 補償
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kawauchi Tourism from any claims or demands arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用または本規約違反に起因して第三者から請求等がなされた場合、当法人を免責し、損害を補償するものとします。
Article 12 – Termination / 第12条 契約の終了
You may stop using the Services at any time.
ユーザーは、いつでも本サービスの利用を停止できます。
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at our discretion, without prior notice.
当法人は、独自の判断で事前通知なくサービス提供を終了または停止することができます。
If a minor uses the Services, it is deemed that parental consent has been obtained.
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合、保護者の同意を得たものとみなします。
Upon user request, we will delete personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ユーザーからの要請があった場合、当法人はプライバシーポリシーに従い個人データを削除します。
Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction / 第13条 準拠法および裁判管轄
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukushima District Court or the Koriyama Summary Court in Japan.
本規約に関する紛争は、福島地方裁判所または郡山簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
